| Energy Audit and Facility Survey |

Purcell Green will evaluate your building’s energy performance by conducting an energy audit. We will review utility usage and perform a building envelope survey through visual inspection, metering, infrared thermography imaging and air leakage testing. Mechanical and electrical systems will be carefully evaluated to identify inefficiencies. These findings will be used to target energy efficient improvements and upgrades which will ultimately reduce energy consumption and improve indoor environmental quality.

As part of the facility survey, we will work with you to review existing operations and possible future building plans to determine what facility changes and improvements should be made in conjunction with energy efficiency upgrades.

|
Purcell Green will provide you with a report of the energy audit and facility evaluation. The report will include proposed facility improvements, including energy efficiency upgrades and innovative green technologies. We will work with you to evaluate the action items and provide a corresponding estimate.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is an internationally recognized green building certification system providing third-party verification that a building was designed and constructed to improve building performance. Purcell Green will evaluate LEED building certification options with you and will provide the expertise needed to secure the level of LEED certification you desire.

We will assist you with the development of a capital plan by providing preliminary project cost estimates. We will incorporate potential savings from federal and state incentives, rebates and tax benefits related to proposed energy efficiency upgrades and green technologies. We are able to participate in evaluating project financing options.

When a formal scope of the project is agreed upon, a comprehensive design submission will be completed including a detailed final construction estimate. During design, we will develop construction milestone schedules and project completion goals.

Construction will commence at the close of financing and completion of design. We offer turn-key construction services providing a guaranteed maximum price. This delivery method provides a single source of responsibility, avoiding the potential conflicts inherent in the traditional approach that employs a separate designer and contractor.
